Forex Flash: EUR/USD: Lower chance of rising into mid-1.30s - Commerzbank

FXstreet.com (Córdoba) - The euro zone economy surprises to the downside, according to Ulrich Leuchtmann, analyst at Commerzbank. "It would seem that we will have to wave goodbye to the hope that a rapid reduction in ECB rate cut speculation might support EUR-USD over the coming months".

"Even though US monetary policy will remain expansionary longer than originally expected, the chance of longer excursions into the mid-1.30s has probably fallen overall", he comments.

Forex: USD/CHF recovers ground and test 0.9300

After falling around 50 pips from 0.9330 in the American session, the USD/CHF found support at 0.9280 with the pair trading in range between 0.9285 and 0.9295 in the mid session. But in the latest feww minutes, the USD/CHF has advanced to test the 0.9300 area.
