Irish Central Bank's Donnery: Uncertainty is key concern of ECB Governing Council

Commenting on the European Central Bank's dovish shift, Irish Central Bank's deputy governor Sharon Donnery said that uncertainty was the key concern for the ECB's Governing Council. "Risks surrounding the euro area growth are tilted to the downside," Donnery further added. Minutes ahead of the February NFP report from the U.S., the market didn't react to these comments and the EUR/USD pair was last seen clinging to modest recovery gains near 1.1220.
