FHFA: U.S. house prices rise 1.3% in third quarter

"U.S. house prices rose 1.3 percent in the third quarter of 2018 according to the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) House Price Index (HPI)," the FHFA reported on Tuuesday.
