US Treasury Sec. Mnuchin: 'Cautiously optimistic' on China trade talks

The US Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin told Fox Business Network that he was “cautiously optimistic” about the highly anticipated US-China trade talks to be held in China this Thursday and Friday.
