AUD/JPY plummets t 91.65

FXStreet (Córdoba) - The AUD/JPY fell sharply during the Asian session and reached a 2-day low at 91.66, after falling more than 50 pips in a few minutes. The Aussie come under pressure across the board in the last minutes as the AUD/USD broke below 0.9000.

Currently the AUD/JPY trades at 91.85, down 0.25% for the day. It has erased weekly gains and is back below the price it opened on Monday. Recent decline pushed the price under a short-term uptrend line coming from February 20 lows.

To the downside support levels lie at 91.65 (daily low), 91.55 (February 24 low) and 91.00/05 (February 13, 20 low). It the pair manages to rise back above 92.25 (hourly downtrend line) it could eased bearish pressures. Above resistance could be located at 92.55 and then 92.75 and 93.00.
