GBP mengikuti rekan-rekannya pada hari ini – Scotiabank

Pound Sterling (GBP) melemah pada sesi ini, sejalan dengan rekan-rekan G10-nya, catat Kepala Ahli Strategi Valas Scotiabank, Shaun Osborne.

Polanya harga jangka pendek mungkin condong negatif

"Tidak ada laporan data Inggris hari ini, meninggalkan pound untuk pada dasarnya mengikuti tren umum di USD sekali lagi. Namun, data upah dan ketenagakerjaan Inggris besok kemungkinan akan memperkuat argumen untuk langkah pelonggaran yang hati-hati dari BoE dalam beberapa bulan mendatang, memberikan semacam cushion bagi pound."

"Kenaikan GBP mungkin melambat. Tren bullish yang lebih luas terlihat solid tetapi aksi harga jangka pendek menunjukkan Cable telah mencapai puncak minor setidaknya sedikit di atas 1,30. Kehilangan support di 1,2955 akan memicu sedikit lebih banyak kelemahan dalam perdagangan harian dan memiringkan pola aksi harga harian sedikit lebih negatif berpotensi."
